I would be a hypocrite if I denied ever complaining, but lately I’ve noticed I have felt something about our school and everyone here. A spirit seems to be surging throughout our campus, and it is definitely full of positive energy. A lot of this has to do with the enthusiasm in the first few weeks of school. Mashamoquet Day proved to be a success, followed by an equally successful Form Olympics… Another great thing about everyone here is their friendliness. It’s great to walk down the hallway and look up to see a smiling face. People aren’t afraid to say “hi” to someone who is unfamiliar to them. This warmth has added to the closeness of our community.
Think about how lucky we are to be here. We have a faculty that is dedicated to improving our lives intellectually, artistically, athletically. We are blessed with a beautiful campus. Best of all, we have friends with whom and from whom we can grow and learn. I truly feel that this year has been, and will continue to be, a terrific one.
